Specializing in the Greater Houston area, Hanson-Linton built her reputation as a fierce negotiator and loyal representative. With 17 years of sales and customer service experience and four years of real estate under her belt, she turns clients into friends and dreams into a reality. “My mother said it best: ‘Real Estate is your Ministry,’” she explains, adding that her business has grown exponentially due to referrals and repeat customers. Even during the pandemic, she persevered, successfully assisting 32 families.

Prior to joining the real estate industry, Hanson-Linton, a native of St. Croix, U.S. Virgin Islands, worked as a human resources specialist in the Army, serving in Ramadi, Iraq. Following her tour, she continued in the government contracts section, providing direct support to military personnel in combat and helping them understand how to use their homebuying benefits.

Hanson-Linton ranked among the Top 20 of 2020 by the Houston Black Real Estate Association and was named a 2020 Power Player by Houston Luxury Magazine. In March 2021, she was awarded the Phenomenal Woman Global Award by the American Caribbean Chamber of Commerce.

She counts herself a member of the Greater Houston Builders Association, the Houston Black Real Estate Association, the American Caribbean Chamber of Commerce, Houston’s Builder Boost and the Knights of Peter Claver Ladies Auxiliary Court No. 151. She also supports the Houston Food Bank, Handbags of Hope, the Marine Toys for Tots Program and assisting homeless veterans.

Hanson-Linton enjoys traveling, taste testing fine cuisines and spending time with her family and close friends.
