With a collective 34 years of experience, Kimberly and Michael Buish epitomize excellence and dedication in serving Houston and its surrounding areas. Both natives of Houston, they are ingrained with an intimate knowledge of local market dynamics and have developed strong ties to the community they serve.

Their journey into real estate stemmed from a desire to invest and create passive income, leading them to delve into property management. Kim transitioned from the oil and gas field in 2004, was awarded Rookie of the Year for Texas and Louisiana her first year in and has been a top producer every year since. Mike transitioned from corporate sales and business development to focus full-time on property and residential services management.

She continues her 21-year focus in residential real estate, with more than 1,300 successful transactions and $145 million in sales that made clients’ dreams come true.

Adding dynamism to the partnership, Mike possesses extensive experience in commercial real estate and property management. In 2018, the team partnered with John Altic and opened the Atascocita branch of JLA Realty, composed of more than 150 agents who benefit from their stewardship. His specialties include training agents and heading up the commercial group, as well as full-time property management for his company, Vestpro Residential Services — which manages over 250 single-family homes.

The husband and wife duo actively engages in various volunteer efforts and utilizes their political connections to contribute to local initiatives. For relaxation, they escape to their personal Airbnb beach house in Bolivar, appreciating the tranquility it offers away from their busy lives.
