As a branch manager for JPMorgan Chase for 16 years, Ruth Bastiani managed different locations and assisted clients with their short- and long-term financial goals. In 2020, she was presented with the opportunity to narrow that focus and became a senior home lending advisor.

Still with JPMorgan Chase, Bastiani specializes in preapprovals, lending to borrowers with limited credit history, fixed-rate mortgages, vacation-home financing, jumbo loans, FHA and VA mortgages and first-time homebuyer programs. “My positive outlook and can-do attitude is the one attribute most important to my success,” she shares. “I know that with enough effort and perseverance, I will get my clients into their dream home.”

With a people-driven, results-oriented business style, Bastiani is part of a supportive team that leverages the vast resources provided by the company. She helped  10 clients receive the Chase grant last year and makes it a priority to always be available for her clients. Recognized for her responsiveness, knowledge and dedication to providing solutions, Bastiani makes what could be a nerve-wracking process of buying a home as smooth as possible.

Elected as a board member and treasurer for the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals, Bastiani serves as an events coordinator for her community’s HOA and supports Pets Alive as a certified foster caregiver for animals in need of good homes.
