For eight years prior to transitioning into real estate, Sarah Herbek worked in pediatric oncology where she provided psychosocial and emotional support to children and their families at one of the most difficult times in their lives. This skill, in particular, sets Herbek apart in real estate. Drawn to the industry for its unlimited potential and by her love of helping others, Herbek is naturally in tune with the needs of her clientele. Known for excellent communication and an unwavering work ethic, she brings ease to every transaction. “Buying a house is stressful,” she observes. “People need to feel supported and heard throughout the buying and selling process.” It’s this warm posture and professional competency that draw clients organically to her by way of her network, with her referrals steadily increasing.

Though she brought in $11 million in sales last year, Herbek says, “I still take training classes and study the market on a regular basis. I want to learn as much as I can in order to best support my clients.” Certified in global luxury and a luxury home marketing specialist, she achieved International Diamond Society status at her company last year for ranking among its top 7% of agents worldwide.

In Herbek’s first full year in real estate, she donated more than $12,000 to health care workers and Camp for All — an organization that supports children with illnesses and special needs; she also serves on the group’s Board of Emerging Leaders. When not working or volunteering, she enjoys traveling with her husband, eating great food and spending time with her dog, Linus.
