What was your first job in the realty industry? Have been a real estate agent for the past eight years, representing sellers and buyers on the island of Galveston.

What do you do to relax when you’re stressed? Since I live on the beach, taking my lab for a walk and going swimming.

Where did you grow up? On the east coast in New Jersey.

Growing up, what did you want to be? A diving instructor specializing in marine biology. I still want to be an astronaut, as well.

If you could have lunch with a well-known figure (living or not), who would it be and why? Warren Buffett – to relate to his business and financial mind.

Where is your favorite place to hang out? In Pirates Beach.

What do you love most about the industry? Every day in real estate is a learning curve – never a dull moment.

How do you distinguish yourself from the crowd of agents? Perseverance in obtaining the correct information for my clients.

What is the most difficult aspect of your job? Knowing what technology tools to utilize for marketing purposes.

Where do you go to network and meet new clients? Community events and Realtor open houses.

What has been your greatest accomplishment? Justin S. Winget and Kensey A Winget, my son and daughter, who make me so proud to be their mother.

What was the last good movie you saw or book you read? A Robert F. Kennedy biography.

What is your favorite restaurant? Luigi’s.

Architecturally speaking, what is your favorite building in Houston? Williams Tower.

What kind of car do you drive? Nissan Murano.

Smartphone or paper? Utilize both.

What is your favorite city after Houston? Galveston.

In 10 words or less, what is your advice for someone new to the industry? Choose your tech apps wisely and have patience.
