What was your first job in the realty industry? Realtor. I sold my first house 20 days after getting my license, which was a foreclosure and the most difficult transaction ever.

What do you love most about the industry? Meeting so many different people and being able to help them. Making new friends for life.
How do you distinguish yourself from the crowd of agents? I care about people and help them anyway I can. My paycheck is the last thing on my mind.
What is the most difficult aspect of your job? Sometimes it is very difficult to find a house when husband and wife buyers have different needs and wants. It is difficult when in a transaction someone like the lender is not doing their job properly.
Where do you go to network and meet new clients? Local gatherings and Facebook, but mostly I get new clients through referrals.
What has been your greatest accomplishment? Starting from zero after my divorce ten years ago and getting to where I am today. Getting my Broker’s license last year, doubling my sales every year for the last seven years, and beating cancer three years ago.
