Two Texas executives with United Real Estate were recognized among the most influential real estate leaders in the nation, a news release announced.
United Real Estate Group CEO Dan Duffy and President Rick Haase were both named to the annual Swanepoel T3 Sixty Group SP 200 list. It’s the eighth year on the list for Duffy, who ranked No. 50, and the fifth year for Haase, who ranked No. 90.
The Power 200 ranking weighs professional accomplishments and influence, company size, decision-making power, profitability and other measures to compile the list, the news release said.
“It’s an honor to be recognized among the top 50 leaders in the Power 200,” Duffy said in the release. “Our employees, agents and broker/owners drive our success and deserve the credit.”
In an example of the company’s growth, United Real Estate announced last week it was joining forces with Texas United Realty in Houston to form one of the largest independently owned brokerages in Houston. United Real Estate is headquartered in Dallas.
“To be recognized objectively by our industry as doing good work and making a difference in the real estate landscape is quite a tribute to our company and our people. It’s an honor and a privilege to be carrying the flag for sure, and the real credit goes to our agents and employees,” Haase said.
