Davidson Homes has opened a new model home in Sierra Vista, an 850-acre master-planned community located along the Highway 288 corridor near Rosharon.

The 3,370-square-foot Phillip C model at 10006 Whitney Reach Dr. showcases one of six floor plans and the largest design offered by the builder in the community. The other five floor plans range from 1,821 to 3,371 square feet. Pricing is from the $430,000s.

“This is a beautiful model home that demonstrates the great care Davidson Homes puts into every home they build,” said Tim Johnson, director of community sales and marketing for Land Tejas. “The model and Davidson Homes are an excellent addition to the outstanding builder lineup offered in Sierra Vista.”

Davidson Homes has 62 homesites in Sierra Vista, with more than two dozen homes ready for move-in or under construction. The builder is currently offering up to $10,000 in closing costs if buyers use Davidson Homes Mortgage and sign a purchase agreement by May 11. The home must close in June, according to a press release.

Davidson Homes is one of 10 builders that offer homes for sale in Sierra Vista. Other builders include Adams Homes, Anglia Homes, Ashton Woods Homes, CastleRock Communities, Colina Homes, Devon Street Homes, KB Home, Liberty Home Builders and Meritage Homes. Prices are from the upper $200,000s. Clay Residential also offers single-family homes for rent in the community.
