The latest project from Johnson Development is now underway in Grand Central Park, a master-planned community in the north Houston suburb of Conroe.
South Village is Johnson Development’s third neighborhood in Grand Central Park. Homesites in the new neighborhood range in size from 55- to 65-foot lots, with prices starting from $300,000.
A total of 224 homesites will be added to Grand Central Park via South Village. Westin Homes, Brightland Homes, Drees Custom Homes, Highland Homes and David Weekley Homes are offering floorplans.

Upon completion, Grand Central Park will be home to approximately 2,200 residents in over 1,600 homes.
