Texas builder InTown Homes is building Avondale, a residential enclave in Houston’s Spring Branch neighborhood.

Located at Kempwood Drive and Avondale Meadow Lane, the community will feature 161 single-family homes and townhomes with varied elevations, materials and colors. Pricing will range from the $400,000s to the $800,000s.

Home designs will include 12-foot ceilings, large windows and luxury finishes. Select residences will have 10-foot glass doors leading to outdoor areas.

“Avondale reflects what we believe more Houston buyers are looking for today — homes with real architectural personality, interiors that feel open and connected to the outdoors and amenities that allow residents to enjoy more of their time within their own neighborhood,” Clint Vernon, a sales consultant for the community, said in a press release.

Avondale amenities will include a pool, dog park, covered pavilions, green spaces and walking trails.

A model home is located at 3311 Cardinal Crest Lane.
