Houston-based developer Lovett launched the final phase of sales at Kolbe Farms, a 38-acre gated community in Spring Branch.
KA Residences, a wellness-focused residential developer, is launching its first branded project with KA Houston.
“This is not simply a new residential tower,” said developer Joe Cleary. “It is a statement about where Houston stands today.”

Builders currently selling in the community include Autograph Homes, DRB Homes and DSLD Homes. Pricing starts in the $290,000s.
The builder is selling 11 one- and two-story designs, with floor plans ranging from 1,300 to 2,500 square feet with two to four bedrooms, two to four bathrooms and two-car garages.
Offerings include studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments and one- two- and three-bedroom townhomes with attached garages.
Shea Homes will build on all lot sizes, with 39 floor plans to choose from. Prices range from $320,000 to $590,000.
Pricing for three-bedroom, two-bathroom homes begins at $114,900 — less than half the price of a similar home, staff said in a press release.
Designs feature up to six bedrooms, 6.5 bathrooms and three-car garages. Pricing starts in the mid-$400,000s.
