Johnson Development announced that Beazer Homes has officially joined the builder lineup for its Jubilee master-planned community in Hockley. The addition coincides with the opening of new model homes in the community.

Beazer Homes opened sales for three- and four-bedroom homes ranging from 1,642 to 2,572 square feet. Pricing starts in the mid-$300,000s, with a model now open for tours.

At the same time, David Weekley Homes opened two new models featuring alley-loaded garages. The models showcase the builder’s Cottages Row Collection and the Grove Row Collection, priced from the $290,000s and the $310,000s, respectively.

“We’re excited to introduce these alley-loaded floor plans,” David Hogue, vice president and general manager of Jubilee, said in a press release. “With driveways behind homes, these plans create a lush streetscape of open lawns and landscaping. They have been immensely popular in other neighborhoods.”

Other builders with new models in the community include Highland Homes, Newmark Homes, J. Patrick Homes and Perry Homes. Highland and Newmark are offering designs for 70-foot lots priced from the $590,000s and $640,000s, respectively, while J. Patrick and Perry are offering plans for 80-foot lots priced from the $750,000s and $730,000s, respectively.
