Nan and Company Properties opened a new office in The Woodlands at 10001 Woodloch Forest Drive, Suite 100, replacing its former location in the area at a suite inside LifeTime Works. Executive Vice President of Sales Elise Repa will oversee day-to-day operations.

The new location features Herman Miller furnishings, glass walls and phone booths. The brokerage celebrated the grand opening of the 2,890-square-foot office with a celebration sponsored by Chase and Select Title.

Nan and Company first established a presence in The Woodlands in 2024. Last year, the brokerage had a sales volume of $100 million in the city.

“Opening an office in The Woodlands was a natural next step for us,” CEO and Co-Founder Nancy Almodovar said in a press release. “We’ve already sold $100 million in real estate there, and having a local office allows us to deepen those relationships and better support our clients and agents. As a locally owned, independent brokerage, I’m proud that we’re building a business rooted in the communities we serve.”

Two new agents will join Nan and Company at its new office in The Woodlands: Noel Collier and Holly Flaskcamp.

Collier, previously affiliated with Keller Williams Realty Professionals, has nine years of real estate experience in the greater Houston area. She has a career sales volume of $57.6 million and advocates for building generational wealth by leading community seminars.

“Joining Nan and Company is an exciting next step for me and my business,” Collier said. “I’ve always believed that real estate is about more than a transaction. It’s about helping people find a place to call home and creating opportunities for long-term financial stability. I’m looking forward to bringing that approach to Nan and continuing to serve families throughout greater Houston.”

Flaskcamp, meanwhile, was previously affiliated with Compass. A 20-year resident of The Woodlands, she brings deep local knowledge and $29.7 million in career sales to her new role with Nan and Company.

“After more than 20 years in The Woodlands, this community means a great deal to me,” Flaskcamp said. “Real estate is personal, and I believe the best way to serve clients is to understand the people, neighborhoods and connections that make a place feel like home. I’m excited to join Nan and Company Properties and continue helping clients navigate their real estate journeys with the care and local knowledge they deserve.”

Nan and Company has now grown to 22 agents, adding six so far this year.

“Experienced agents are choosing Nan because they see the investment we make in their businesses, from marketing and personal branding to hands-on leadership and global connections,” said Almodovar. “We’re growing with intention and creating opportunities for our agents to grow with us.”
