Nan and Company Properties, an affiliate of Christie’s International Real Estate, opened a new temporary office in The Woodlands. The location is the brokerage’s fourth in Texas, joining three existing offices in The Heights, Galleria and Galveston.

The founding team includes Jenny and Chris Elmi of The Elmi Group and Elise Repa and Jeni Mitchell, all of whom departed from Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Gary Greene.

“We’re incredibly excited about the new team we have in place to open our fourth Nan location in Texas,” President and CEO Nancy Almodovar said in a press release. “There’s a tremendous amount of activity in The Woodlands and its surrounding areas, and there’s truly no better team to have as our ‘boots on the ground’ experts serving our clients near and far.”

Nan and Company’s current office space in The Woodlands is located at 9002 Six Pines Drive in Shenandoah, within the Life Time Work Shenandoah coworking space. However, the brokerage has plans to open a permanent headquarters in The Woodlands later this year.
