Builders open models for largest luxury homes in Jubilee

by Emily Marek

Highland Homes, Newmark Homes, J. Patrick Homes and Perry Homes opened four model homes in Jubilee that are the Hockley master-planned community’s largest to date.

Highland Homes and Newmark Homes’ models represent offerings for 70-foot lots in the community, while J. Patrick Homes and Perry Homes are showcasing offerings for 80-foot lots.

“These model homes deliver true luxury,” David Hogue, vice president and general manager of the MPC, said in a press release. “The architectural detailing is amazing, with one wow factor after another. These larger homes open up the range of offerings — we’ve got options for first-time buyers, luxury buyers and everything in between.”

Highland Homes’ model features the 222 Plan, which ranges from 3,610 to 3,983 square feet with up to five bedrooms and four bathrooms. Pricing starts at $645,990. The builder’s other 70-foot offerings in the community range from 2,978 to 4,359 square feet, priced from $582,990.

Newmark Homes’ Edinburg model is 4,547 square feet with five bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms. Pricing starts at $760,990. The builder’s other floor plans for 70-foot homesites range from 3,264 to 4,547 square feet.

Highland Homes and Newmark Homes also offer floor plans for 40-foot lots in Jubilee.

J. Patrick Homes’ model showcases its Balmoral plan, a $922,990, 5,580-square-foot design with five bedrooms and five bathrooms. The builder’s other 80-foot offerings range from 3,488 to 5,224 square feet, priced from $710,000. Additional offerings are available for 55-foot lots, priced from $510,000.

Perry Homes’ model is its 4336W Plan, a four bedroom, 4.5-bathroom home with a game room and an office. The 4,336-square-foot home is priced at $789,900.

Additional Jubilee builders for smaller lots include Chesmar Homes, Coventry Homes, David Weekly Homes, Tri Pointe Homes and Westin Homes, offering new homes priced from $290,000 to over $1 million.

All homes in Jubilee come with MERV 13-rated whole-home air filters, reverse-osmosis filtration systems, circadian rhythm lighting, smart-home automation and prewiring for security systems. Over 100 existing homes in the community have achieved WELL Residence certification from the International Well Building Institute, with more expected to earn the ranking before the end of the year.

“At Texas’ first wellness community, Jubilee prioritizes health and happiness inside and outside the home,” Hogue said. “The first of more than 30 planned wellness zones are open throughout Jubilee, giving residents a place to reflect, connect, explore and find inspiration.”
