Discovering her passion for homes at an early age, Karla Dupre remembers rearranging her bedroom as a child and being fascinated by how she experienced the spaces. As an adult, she gained insight into the construction and design process while building homes with her husband. “I combined that hands-on design experience with my passion for real estate to partner on new development projects from the earliest pre-construction phases to the sales process,” she shares.
With 26 years of industry experience, Dupre relocated to Houston to become director of sales for The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Houston. Specializing in luxury new development throughout Texas, she’s worked in other major markets — including Dallas, Austin and San Antonio — and continues to represent high-net-worth individuals, international buyers and luxury investors.

A mother of five, Dupre enjoys spending time with her family, exploring design and architecture, traveling and experiencing Houston’s dining and cultural scene.
