A broker and manager with JLA Realty, Kuhl leads The Collection Real Estate Team and a group of JLA-branded agents. Assisting clients from Lake Conroe to Galveston, her team is strategically positioned throughout the Houston area, specializing in the communities they call home.
“Over the last 13 years, many clients have turned into repeat business and long-term friendships,” Kuhl shares. “We’ve seen people through the many phases of life: first-time buyers, repeat buyers and sellers, investors and the closing of life’s many chapters.”
Kuhl’s office received the Highest Production Growth Award in 2025, distinguishing it among the 23 JLA Realty locations. Over the past year, her team has volunteered with Sleep in Heavenly Peace, a children’s charity that ensures every child has a clean, comfortable bed to sleep on, the Montgomery County Animal Shelter, the Houston Food Bank, the Montgomery County Fair and countless local school events. A Certified Strategic Marketing Specialist, she credits her success to genuinely caring about not only her clients but valuing her agents’ accomplishments. “Their success is my success,” she relates.
