Chris Kelso is a 24-year mortgage industry veteran with a passion for education, service and creating raving fans. Originally from Monterrey, Mexico — where he lived for over 20 years — he brings a global perspective and a relationship-driven approach to every client and partnership.
Before entering the mortgage industry, Kelso built a strong foundation in IT, sales and business development, working with major organizations such as Alliance Data, Hewlett-Packard, Computer Associates and MYDSA. This background shaped his ability to combine technology with strategy, a skill he leverages today to help clients and partners succeed in competitive markets.
Integrity is the cornerstone of Kelso’s life and business philosophy: “Do the right thing every time, even when no one is looking.” This mindset has earned him the trust of clients, real estate partners and colleagues alike.
Beyond production, Kelso is the co-founder and co-host of the Real Estate Rat Pack, a long-running radio and podcast platform focused on real estate education. The show has been on air for over 12 years, helping listeners stay informed, empowered and ahead of the market.
Outside of work, Kelso is an avid sports enthusiast who values family above all. He enjoys spending weekends with his girlfriend and two incredible children — one currently attending the University of Arizona, and the other a standout starting wide receiver and running back for Tompkins High School.
