Elena Jackson’s purpose-driven resilience has been crucial to her success in real estate. While being raised by her grandparents, she learned an important lesson: her grandfather often told her, “If you’re kicked out through the door, go through the window.” This philosophy became her foundation.
“When obstacles appear, I look for another strategy, solution or way to protect my clients’ goals,” Jackson explains. “That persistence, combined with emotional strength, allows me to stay calm under pressure and lead confidently.”
Broker and owner of House Hunter Houston, Jackson is a bilingual Realtor who speaks Russian. With 12 years of industry experience, she manages a team at her boutique brokerage in Cypress, which covers The Woodlands, Cypress, Katy, Sugar Land, Pearland, Central Houston and the Energy Corridor. “Owning and managing a brokerage strengthens my business, keeping me sharp, accountable and constantly learning,” she shares.
Jackson received the 20 Under 40 Rising Stars in Real Estate Award for 2025–2026 from the Houston Association of Realtors. Dedicated to educating her community, she regularly hosts buyer seminars, attorney-led sessions for investors and meetings with county appraisers for homeowners navigating property tax issues. In addition, she holds the Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist and Graduate, Realtor Institute designations.
An avid supporter of Friends for Life Animal Shelter, Jackson frequently travels to developing countries to support families in need. “For me, philanthropy is about being present, understanding people’s needs firsthand and doing what I can to make a tangible difference,” she says.
A passionate world traveler, Jackson has visited more than 60 countries and hopes to visit every country in the world. “I’m well on my way and don’t plan on slowing down anytime soon,” she reports.
