Determined to create a business built on integrity, relationships and impact, Yvonne Peña entered real estate to provide service, leadership, education and community in a way that felt purposeful. It also gave me the flexibility to be truly present for my family while building a business that aligned with my values and goals.”
Before real estate, Peña was a teacher for over 10 years, which is why she approaches every client relationship from an educational standpoint. “Informed clients make confident decisions,” she explains. “I spend time preparing, guiding and educating my clients throughout the process.”
Now a Realtor with Keller Williams Houston Central, Peña is the CEO and team lead of the YP Real Estate Group. “I wanted to create a stronger support system for my clients, but also for agents looking for mentorship and growth opportunities,” the Houston native says. The group currently serves clients throughout the Greater Houston area, including in Humble, Atascocita, Kingwood, Spring, Cypress, North Houston, East Downtown, Richmond, Katy and the surrounding communities.
Ranked as the No. 1 agent in 2024 and the No. 2 agent in 2025 by Keller Williams Houston Central, Peña additionally ranked among RealTrends’ top 200 Houston agents. She is a member of the Veterans Association of Real Estate Professionals and the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals, the latter naming her one of its top 250 agents.
Outside of work, Peña enjoys spending time with her family, supporting her children in sports and activities, fitness, creating social media content, attending community events and supporting local businesses throughout Houston.
