“My background in hospitality, appraisal work and business development helps me understand the importance of service, community and trust in every transaction,” Massa explains. “My goal is to continue growing within the real estate community while helping others build meaningful relationships and successful businesses.”
A business development professional with Riverway Title, Massa specializes in title insurance in Houston, Katy and The Woodlands. Before working in real estate, he spent more than 15 years in the hospitality industry, worked in management at Group 1 Automotive and worked in the real estate appraisal business.
“I continue to bring a hospitality-driven approach to the title business,” Massa shares. “My clients feel supported from start to finish, not only with a smooth closing experience but also with someone they can rely on as their business grows.”
Massa currently serves on the advisory group for the Houston Association of Realtors’ Young Professional Network and the Asian Real Estate Association of America’s Houston chapter. In 2025, he grew his business by gaining 30 new builders as clients, resulting in his best year to date. “It’s about more than the number of clients,” he clarifies. “It’s about building long-term relationships with people who trust me and Riverway Title to be part of their business.”
Passionate about bringing the real estate community together, Massa hosts events such as Real Estate Social and Blueprints & Brews. With almost 700,000 followers on social media, he stays connected to clients through his digital presence.
A recent newlywed, Massa is a car enthusiast who enjoys great design, performance and car culture. He loves playing pickleball, traveling and being outdoors.
