Construction and presales are underway at four Tri Pointe Homes communities: Cascade and Amethyst, both located at the Azalea Trails master-planned community in Cypress, and two neighborhoods at Oakhill Reserve, an MPC in Tomball.

Cascade and Amethyst will feature 362 residences in one- and two-story layouts. Homes in Cascade will be built on 50-foot lots, with floor plans ranging from three to four bedrooms, two to three bathrooms and two- or three-car garages. Pricing will start in the mid-$400,000s. Amethyst homes will be built on 60-foot lots, with four to five bedrooms, 3.5 to 4.5 bathrooms and two- or three-car garages. Pricing will start in the mid-$500,000s.

Tri Pointe’s amenities at Azalea Trails will include a recreation center, fitness center, swimming pool, playground, putting green and walking trails.

At Oakhill Reserve, meanwhile, the builder is offering homes in 45- and 50-foot lots, separated into two different communities. Floor plans for 45-foot homesites will feature one or two stories, three to four bedrooms, two to three bathrooms and two- or three-car garages. Floor plans for 50-foot homesites will also feature one or two stories, with four bedrooms, three bathrooms and two- or three-car garages. Pricing will range from the high $300,000s to the $600,000s.

Oakhill Reserve amenities will include an open-air recreation center, pool, pickleball courts, playground and walking trails.

Both Azalea Trails and Oakhill Reserve are zoned to Tomball Independent School District.

“Northwest Houston continues to be one of the region’s most desirable places to live because communities like Tomball offer the complete picture,” Joe Mandola, division president of Tri Pointe Homes in Houston, said in a press release. “Residents benefit from convenient access throughout the region, a setting that still feels connected to nature, and the confidence that comes from living in a growing market.”
