Tri Pointe and Toll Brothers are set to unveil eight model homes to prospective buyers at the Woodson’s Reserve master-planned community in early summer.

The model homes are part of the latest phase of expansion at the Spring community and will be open for viewing between May and June, with a grand opening planned for October.

New home sites at Woodson’s Reserve range in size from 50 to 80 feet with prices starting around $400,000. The community, located on over 1,600 acres along the Grand Parkway, includes amenities like a 9,000-square-foot community center, fitness center, nature areas and three on-site schools that fall under the Conroe Independent School District.

“Our Toll Brothers homes exhibit lavish designs, versatile layouts and high-end details,” said Division President David Assid in a press release. “Woodson’s Reserve offers a unique blend of small-town charm and access to major urban centers, making it an ideal location to reside.”

“Woodson’s Reserve offers restful, nature-filled landscapes within minutes of city life,” said Joe Mandola, division president of Tri Pointe Homes. “The homes Tri Pointe is building at Woodson’s Reserve are a perfect complement to all that the community offers, with fresh floorplans, innovative features, ample natural lighting, open-plan design and roomy outdoor space. These truly are model homes you’ll want to see in person.”
