Three longtime employees promoted at Johnson Development

by Emily Marek

Houston developer Johnson Development announced the promotion of three longtime employees this week: Trey Reichert, June Tang and David Hogue.

Reichert, who previously served as the vice president and general manager of Riverstone in Sugar Land, Veranda in Richmond, and Jubilee in Hockley, will now serve as senior vice president of Houston land development operations. In his new role, he’ll oversee Johnson Development’s Houston development projects.

“Trey has been an integral force at Johnson Development, managing several Houston-area communities during his tenure,” said Michael Smith, president and chief executive officer of Johnson Development. “His deep knowledge and talented skillset will continue to enhance our anticipated growth here in Houston.”

Meanwhile, two senior development managers also earned promotions. Tang will replace Reichert as the vice president and general manager at Veranda and Jubilee while Hogue was promoted to vice president and general manager of Harvest Green, Houston’s agrihood.

Both Tang and Hogue have been with Johnson Development for nearly ten years, serving as development managers for many Houston-area master-planned communities.

“We are pleased to promote June and David, both valuable members of the Johnson Development team,” Smith said. “They are each exceptionally capable and ready to take on their expanded responsibilities. The promotions are well deserved.”
