Developer Deiso Moss and investor Cleary Interests launched sales for The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Houston, a dual hotel-and-residence project in Houston’s Uptown Galleria area.

Located at 2120 Post Oak Blvd, the 45-story tower features a 156-door hotel and 112 residences. Interiors were designed by Lauren Rottet of Rottet Studio, while architecture was designed by Pickard Chilton.

“Houston has long held the economic depth and international business presence to support a project of this scale,” Andrew Deiso, co-founder of Deiso Moss, said in a press release. “What has been missing is this level of brand integration and service infrastructure. This development reflects confidence in the city’s long-term trajectory and its ability to shine on a global stage.”

“This is not simply a new residential tower,” added Joe Cleary, founder of Cleary Interests. “It is a statement about where Houston stands today. The city has matured into a global business capital, and this project aligns its residential offering with that stature.”

Redeavor Group is serving as the exclusive sales and marketing team. Qualified buyers can visit the private sales gallery by appointment only.

Tower completion is estimated for fall 2029.

The branded tower in Houston is Ritz-Carlton’s second residential project in the area, joining the Ritz-Carlton Residences, The Woodlands.
