Century Communities opened Fulshear Junction, a new community of single-family homes in Fulshear off Highway 359 and FM 1093. 

The walkable community offers six floor plans that feature up to five bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms with two bay garages, priced from the mid- to high-$300,000s. 

“Fulshear Junction represents the next chapter of growth for this thriving area, bringing to life a thoughtfully connected setting where new homes, commercial opportunities and natural spaces come together,” Tanya Rizzo, division president for Century Communities in Houston, said in a press release. 

Fulshear Junction is served by Lamar Consolidated Independent School District.

Century Communities hosted a grand opening party on June 13 showing a model home and community amenities.
