Lovett Homes acquired a 2.5-acre plot of land located at 51 E. Broad Oaks Drive between Houston’s Pine Shadows and Tanglewood communities where it plans to build Broad Oaks Reserve, a 21-home gated community.
“Finding a property with this combination of location, character and long-term residential potential is increasingly rare in Houston,” Hattie Parker of Lovett Homes said in a press release. “This is a setting that already feels special — winding streets, mature landscaping and gently rolling terrain — and our focus is on designing homes that respond to that environment with architecture that is intentional, refined and highly individualized.”
Offerings in the community will range from 4,000 to 6,000 square feet with up to five bedrooms, 5.5 bathrooms and two- or three-car garages. Pricing is projected to start at $2.5 million.
