Caldwell Homes introduced a new collection of home designs for its Chambers Creek active-adult community in Willis. All homes in the builder’s self-developed community are reserved for adults aged 55 and older.

Caldwell’s new Heritage Collection features six single-story floor plans with two to four bedrooms, flex spaces and storage areas. All homes in the community feature ENERGY STAR appliances and smart-home technology, plus included yard maintenance. Pricing starts in the $380,000s.

“It is our mission to improve the lives of as many homebuyers as possible, and we all believe that everyone deserves the opportunity to enjoy active adult-living in a community like Chambers Creek,” Caldwell Homes Vice President of Operations Brandon Dobbs said in a press release. “The Heritage Collection allows us to provide that, while staying true to the standards and homeowner experience that define our brand.”
