StoneManor Homes officially opened models at its Grand Magnolia master-planned community in Magnolia.

The builder will celebrate the milestone with an event on June 20, featuring home tours, food trucks and face painting.
Offerings in the community, located off FM 1488, include 14 floor plans with pricing starting in the high $300,000s.

Community amenities include a Crystal Lagoon, outdoor recreation areas and walking trails.
