Developers StreetLights Residential and Hunt Real Estate welcomed tenants at The Langley, a high-rise residential building located at 1717 Bissonnet between Houston’s Museum District and Rice University. Model homes are now open.
The 20-story tower includes 134 residences in two- and three-bedroom layouts with entry foyers, plank-oak flooring, walk-in closets, service kitchens, private balconies and smart-home technology. Monthly rent starts at $9,100.
“Prospective residents have responded especially well to The Langley’s larger floor plans, high-quality finishes and full-service environment,” Corey Lipscomb, The Langley’s lead leasing agent with Martha Turner Sotheby’s International Realty, said in a press release. “They’re drawn to the opportunity to enjoy the scale and craftsmanship of a custom home, paired with the convenience of a professionally managed building — without the concerns of maintenance, property taxes or rising condominium dues.”
The Langley features amenities like an outdoor pool, private lounge, fitness center, yoga space, library, dog run, pet wash station and bike storage.
Valet, maintenance and concierge services are provided by FirstService Residential.
