Houston-based developer Lovett launched the final phase of sales at Kolbe Farms, a 38-acre gated community in Spring Branch. The launch comes as the community reaches its 300th home sale.

“Over the years we’ve seen something special take shape here. This community has earned a loyal following for one simple reason — it feels good to live here,” Thomas Jennings, onsite sales lead for InTown Homes, Lovett’s residential division, said in a press release. “Hitting 300 homes isn’t just a number; it reflects how strongly that sense of community resonates.”

Approximately 100 homesites remain in the community. Offerings include one- and two-story homes with front porches and private yards. Pricing ranges from the $430,000s to the $900,000s, with financing as low as 4.99% through March 31.

Community amenities include a three-acre lake, nature trails, pools and pavilions.
