The builder is offering eight one- and two-story floor plans ranging from 2,172 to 3,264 square feet with three to four bedrooms and two- or three-car garages.

The project features 26 private-entry, four-floor townhome units ranging from 2,800 to 3,400 square feet with oversized windows, tall ceilings and rooftop terraces.

Offerings range from 1,615 to 2,336 square feet with one or two stories, three to four bedrooms, two to three bathrooms and two-car garages.

Aderra’s first phase of development includes 104 homes that range from 1,362 to 1,740 square feet.

The 4,700-acre community is set to be the county’s largest MPC in over 40 years, the developer said.

Condos at The Residences have two to four-plus bedrooms, floor-to-ceiling windows, hardwood floors and natural stone and Italian millwork finishes.

The builder’s new offerings at Lago Mar range from 1,621 to 2,198 square feet with three to four bedrooms and two to 2.5 bathrooms.

Chesmar Homes, David Weekley Homes, Highland Homes, J. Patrick Homes and Perry Homes unveiled models to prospective buyers at the event.

The community will include 10 homes ranging from 1,862 to 2,905 square feet with three to four bedrooms, up to three bathrooms and 2.5-car garages.
