Trilogy, the active-adult arm of Shea Homes, began sales at Converde, its new active-adult community within the Evergreen master plan in Conroe.
The 170-acre project includes about 540 homes reserved for buyers aged 55 and up. Three collections of designs are available, with floor plans ranging from 1,514 to 2,542 square feet. Pricing starts in the low $300,000s.
The community will also feature the Open Wellness + Social Club, which is set to include a fitness and wellness center, restaurant and bar, pool, pickleball courts and an onsite lifestyle director.
Residents will also have access to Evergreen’s outdoor amenities, including parks, trails, a sandlot and the Arbor Amenity Village, which is home to a recreation center, pool, pickleball courts and gathering spaces.
Trilogy is offering tiered perks for early buyers as part of its Founders Circle program.
“Trilogy communities are known for bringing people together through meaningful experiences, wellness and adventure,” Community Manager Darrell Maness said in a press release. “This pioneering group of residents will help establish the traditions, connections and energy that define this community for years to come, and we are anticipated to enjoy the exclusive benefits we’re offering to reward our first buyers.”
