Toll Brothers at Midline, a new community within the Midline master-planned community in Webster, is now open. A sales center is located at 18122 Midline Landing Trail.

Offerings in the builder’s community include 25 one- and two-story homes for 70-foot lots, with four to six bedrooms, three to five bathrooms and three-car garages. Pricing starts in the upper $600,000s.

Residents will have access to Midline amenities, which include The Midline Club, a hub with a pool, event lawn, playgrounds, parks and walking and biking trails. The community is zoned to Clear Creek Independent School District.

In addition to the opening at Midline, Toll Brothers announced plans for another luxury community at the Revera MPC in Richmond. Perry Homes will also build in the community, which will feature 50- and 60-foot homesites with homes priced from the mid-$400,000s.

Revera amenities include a pool, clubhouse, pickleball courts, playgrounds and lakes. The MPC is zoned to Lamar Consolidated ISD.
