Toll Brothers will build a collection of 25 homes at the Midline master-planned community in Webster.

The builder is offering one- and two-story floor plans for 70-foot homesites. Designs range from 3,386 square feet to over 4,651 square feet and are priced from the upper $600,000s.

“With its prime location and thoughtfully designed homes, this community will provide an extraordinary lifestyle to those who call it home,” Houston Division President Brian Murray said in a press release.

Amenities at Midline include a pool, clubhouse, parks, playgrounds, walking and biking trails and an event lawn. The community is zoned to Clear Creek Independent School District.

Sales for Toll Brothers at Midline are expected to begin in spring 2027.
