Real estate developer Randall Davis Company recently announced that an on-site sales gallery has opened for London House, a luxury mid-rise development overlooking the estates of River Oaks.
Compass Real Estate agents Laura Sweeney and Tommy Kanarellis are co-listing the boutique community, according to a press release.
“Our goal is to create a smaller, more exclusive residence in a fabulous location with unobstructed views of River Oaks,” said Randall Davis, who is developing London House with his daughter, Natalie. “Every element of the building, from the high-quality design to the state-of-the-art amenities, has been thoughtfully curated to cater to those seeking a luxurious lock-and-leave lifestyle.”
The 12-story, 70,000-square-foot tower design draws inspiration from the neighboring townhomes and elegance of London’s Chelsea neighborhood.
Located at 2323 San Felipe St., London House offers a variety of floor plans starting at $1.5 million. With 23 units, including 19 standard residences and four penthouses, London House creates a “unique level of intimacy and privacy one would not expect from a mid-rise building,” the release noted.
Each unit is equipped with a gas fireplace, appliances from Gaggenau, solid-core doors, ceiling heights ranging from 11 to 13 feet and terraces. Early buyers will be given the option to add an outdoor kitchen. In addition, most of the units will have direct elevator access.
Residents will have the ability to customize every facet of their homes, from the Eggersmann cabinetry to the selection of stones, porcelain, wood flooring, carpet and more.
The building will also feature a four-story garage with 14 private garages for rent. Common areas include a lobby with a concierge, resplendent resident room, dog run and pet washing station.
“London House is truly a collaboration between my daughter and me and has been a labor of love,” said Davis. “We are thrilled to team up with Laura, one of the most well-known brokers in the city, and Tommy, whom we’ve worked with before and is a top seller of high-rise condos, to engineer a successful sellout of our latest development.”
Groundbreaking is slated for the fall of this year.
