Multifamily investment company Fogelman Properties appointed Thomas Henry vice president of acquisitions.

In his new position, Henry will focus on multifamily investment opportunities in Austin and Houston. He has eight years of experience in commercial real estate and previously served as vice president of investments at StoneRiver Company.

“We’re eager to welcome Thomas to our investment team as we continue to focus on growing our presence in the Texas markets,” said Mike Aiken, senior vice president of investments at Fogelman. “He brings both expertise in leading and executing acquisitions and extensive broker, lender and owner relationships across the country.”

Henry holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Coastal Carolina University and a master’s degree in real estate development from Georgetown University. Notable past acquisitions for Henry include The Moorings in League City and The Retreat at Steeplechase in Houston.
