Caldwell Communities has opened Chambers Creek, a “55 and better” adult community located in Willis, Texas.

Marketed as a “vibrant, active adult community,” Chambers Creek consists of 3,000 homes and luxury amenities aimed to create “a more fulfilling community and lifestyle.” Among these amenities are a 9-hole golf course designed by PGA pro Tom Lehman, a private marina with access to Lake Conroe, a two-acre vineyard, over 20 miles of nature trails, multiple recreational courts, a wellness center and a resort-style pool.
