Caldwell Communities has opened a new apartment complex for residents ages 55 and up.

Located at 21901 Gosling Road in Spring, Cadence Creek contains 189 one- and two-bedroom units, as well as community amenities like a fitness center, dog park, library and community garden. The complex also offers community events and mixers for its residents.

“With our rental product, we’re able to offer a beautiful home setting; we take care of all maintenance; and we give residents the social contact we know most people want,” Caldwell Communities CEO Fred Caldwell said.
