HomesUSA Chief Executive Officer Ben Caballero individually sold $3 billion in home sales in 2022. Translating to roughly $8.39 million in home sales per day, his 2022 volume of $3,060,878,784 now holds the record for the highest annual home sales volume by any individual agent.
Previously, in 2015, Caballero became the first agent to break $1 billion in sales volume. He then broke the $2 billion mark in 2018, 2019 and 2022.
“If you had told me I would break the $3-billion sales barrier at the beginning of last year, I would not have believed you,” Caballero said of his latest accomplishment. “Until mid-spring, 2022 started very slowly because builders were selling homes from a waiting list so fast that many new homes were sold before they could be listed on the MLS.”
In addition to his record for sales volume, Caballero is also the Guinness World Record holder for annual home sale transactions by an individual listing agent. He surpassed the world record in 2020 with a transaction volume of 6,438.
Caballero attributes his success to his home state of Texas. “The best new home market in the U.S. continues to be Texas,” Caballero said. “So, becoming a Texan is arguably the best business decision I ever made.”
I will never understand why anyone would say that anyone that has sold this many homes or that much volume did it “individually” or by them selves etc… It is virtually an impossibility. It diminishes all the hard work that your agents and ancillary support provides the one that is taking or being given all the credit.
