Home sales have begun in Fulshear Lakes’ first village neighborhood, Creekside Village. Houston builders Chesmar Homes, Anglia Homes, Devon Street Homes, HistoryMaker Homes and Westin Homes are offering homes on 45-, 50- and 60-foot lots.

Anglia is offering six home designs for 45-foot lots with prices starting in the $290,000s. HistoryMaker Homes is offering floorplans for 50-foot lots priced between $340,000 to $600,000. Chesmar Homes is offering designs for 60-foot lots with prices expected to range from $415,000 to $520,000. All three builders recently opened model homes in Fulshear Lakes.
Devon Street Homes will offer more homes on 45- and 50-foot lots, with prices starting at $290,000 for 45-foot homesites. Construction is slated to begin soon on that builder’s model home.
Meanwhile, Westin Homes will offer floor plans for 60-foot homesites, although the firm has yet to announce pricing estimates.
“All builders are embracing colorful transitional prairie style exterior with unique home elevations that create a cohesive community thematic streetscape,” said Sam Yager III, vice president of Fulshear Lakes, Ltd.
Additionally, development is now underway at Fulshear Lakes’ second and third village neighborhoods, Lakeside Park and Hillside. This phase of construction will include larger 70- and 80-foot homesites. Homes in these neighborhoods will likely hit the market before the end of 2023.
“Our aim in Fulshear Lakes is to offer homes in a thematic-style community at pricing for first-time buyers as well as those buying their second or third move-up homes,” Yager said. “Going beyond homeownership, however, we want to give our residents the chance to enjoy all of the colorful architectural style and natural and planned amenities Fulshear Lakes will offer to enhance long-term value appreciation and create a unique sense of place.”
Located along FM 1093 in Fulshear, Fulshear Lakes is home to Sheffield Park, Riley Lake and Bessie’s Creek as well as a network of nature paths and green spaces. The community falls under the Lamar Consolidated Independent School District. Fletcher Morgan Elementary School, located in the Fulshear Lakes community, previously opened in 2022.
“We’ve intentionally planned Fulshear Lakes to be a hometown for residents,” Yager added.
