Pelican Builders celebrated the ribbon cutting at its Upper Kirby mid-rise condominium building, Westmore, on May 23.

Located at 2323 W. Main Street, the 33-residence building broke ground in February 2021. The mid-century modern-style project was designed by Mirador Group.
