Go to a park. I love parks!

Tracy Tutor. I’ve been watching her since her first appearance on “Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles” and to see her rise to success is so inspiring.
What is Houston’s best kept secret?
I would have to say The Antiquarium. It is such a gem to see antique maps and globes. I absolutely adore it.
What do you love most about the industry?
Feeling different connections when meeting new people.
What is the most difficult aspect of your job?
The most difficult part is being open and marketing yourself if you’re used to being private.
What’s your best advice for generating new leads?
Get on with a well established broker and always have a plan of action, marketing and engaging.

Architecturally speaking, what is your favorite building in Houston?
First Methodist Church downtown. I love the structure, it looks European.
What’s one thing people might be surprised to learn about you?
I love to watch new construction sites. It doesn’t matter what it is, I will drive by to see the progress. I love creating and building. It never ceases to amaze me what man can do.
What is your favorite vacation spot and why?
Miami. It’s a quick 2 hour flight and has beautiful beaches and food.

Don’t get in the industry if it’s not a true passion.
