Merita O’Krinsky’s real estate journey began in 2007 after earning her license and becoming assistant office manager at a brokerage in her hometown of Katy, Texas. Her experiences there laid a strong foundation for her subsequent roles as assistant vice president and business development manager at Fidelity National Title in South Texas.

O’Krinsky also holds a finance degree from the University of St. Thomas and maintains a keen market foresight with a knack for spotting growth opportunities. She works to forge enduring business relationships within the South Texas community, and her achievements have earned her award recognition from Fidelity National Title.
