Harvest Green, a master-planned community in Richmond, is continuing expansion with a new neighborhood of custom-built homes.

Partners in Building will serve as the exclusive builder of the neighborhood, which will offer homes on 90-foot lots ranging in size from 2,800 to 6,000 square feet. A total of 29 lots are available, with prices starting at $1.3 million.

“We’ve been building custom homes on large lots in master-planned communities across Fort Bend County for a long time,” Tyson Bell, Houston division president for Partners in Building, said in a press release. “[Harvest Green] is a great example of the kind of place where our customers want to live and build their Partners in Building home.”
