New listings continue to rise above 2022 levels in Houston, according to the Weekly Activity Snapshot from the Houston Association of REALTORS®.

Realtors entered 2,725 new listings into the Multiple Listing Service during the week ended Oct. 23, a 4.3% increase year over year.

Showings and listing views on HAR.com also increased annually. Property showings rose by 7%, while listing views jumped 22.8%.

Pending and closed listings both fell during the week. Pending listings decreased by 4.1% with 1,745 listings going under contract during the week, while closings fell 4.8% with 1,530 home sales.
