COMPASS Houston announced that several veteran sales managers have been promoted, along with one new sales manager.

Brian Schwartz will now serve as sales manager for COMPASS’s Katy office. Schwartz was previously the manager of Coldwell Banker’s office in The Heights and served as chairman and co-chair of the Houston Association of REALTORS® (HAR) Northwest Board and Young Professionals Advisory Board.

Additionally, three existing COMPASS agents were promoted to elevated roles within the company. Bethany McDaniel will now serve as sales manager for The Woodlands office, following her time as associate sales manager. COMPASS agent Sabrina Evans was also promoted to the sales management team for the Heights office, while Rich Guderyon was promoted to senior sales manager for the Memorial office.
