Excavation and fill placement are underway for the first phase of development in Austin Point, a Fort Bend County master-planned community from The Signorelli Company.

Plans for the community include over 14,000 residences and 17 million square feet of commercial space. Planned extensions to the Fort Bend Parkway and Grand Parkway will connect Austin Point to Texas Medical Center, The Galleria and downtown Houston.

The first homesites are scheduled to be available in spring 2025. Builders include Ashton Woods Homes, Beazer Homes, Drees Custom Homes, Castlerock Communities, David Weekley Homes, Newmark Homes, Perry Homes, William David Homes and Westin Homes.
