Crystal View, a build-to-rent community of single-family homes in the Texas City master-planned community of Lago Mar, is now open to residents.

Located at 12930 Crystal View Blvd., the community includes two-story duplex and triplex single-family rentals, with units ranging in size from 1,429 to 1,883 square feet. All units feature keyless entry systems, two-car garages, 10-foot ceilings and alarm systems.

Lago Mar amenities, including swimming pools, playgrounds, gyms, parks and the Lago Mar Lagoon, are available to Crystal View residents.
