High Street Residential will deliver nearly 300 units in the Residences at Kingwood, a multifamily development in Humble, this spring.
Currently, 240 apartment units and 49 townhomes are available for lease. Apartments average 1,046 square feet, while townhomes average 1,530 square feet. W Partnership is serving as the architect.
Daiwa House Group, High Street’s partner for the Kingwood development, also recently broke ground on phase two of the development, Reserve at West Lake. This phase will include 109 townhomes and 72 apartments slated for delivery in summer of 2025.
“We were very intentional with our design of the Residences at Kingwood and Reserve at West Lake,” Yewande Fapohunda, principal with High Street Residential in Houston, said in a press release. “Having developed a deep appreciation for the surrounding environment, we sought to create an extension of Kingwood’s ‘livable forest’ neighborhood. Much of the project site is dedicated to open green space — we were mindful to preserve the trees surrounding the community and created green ‘buffer space’ between the single-family homes located to the north.”
Residents in both phases of the Residences at Kingwood will have access to Kingwood amenities including a clubhouse and fitness center, resident lounge, entertaining kitchen, resort-style pool, outdoor biergarten, dog spa and park and bocce and pickleball courts.
